More serious side effects are also possible, and it's important that you are aware of their possibility. The following serious side effect have to be reported to your health care provider as soon as possible: nausea, stomach pain, vomiting, restlessness, anxiety, dizziness, lightheadedness, problems with coordination, seizures, fever, itching, unusual bleeding or bruising. Reductil is usually taken once a day with some food or without it. However, it's recommended to take each dose with a full glass of water to make sure the tablet does not get stuck and start dissolving in your esophagus.
